ABOUT THIS PROJECT
A little over a decade ago, Donald Wexler drew up the last known plans commissioned from the famed architect. Utilizing these original plans, Yann Debonne and his business partner, Chris Hoffman, were contracted to build this unique steel post-and-beam home being built in south Palm Springs. Featuring polished concrete floors, an interior/exterior contiguous reflection pool and most structural steel exposed throughout the home, Yann Debonne Builders and designer, Marc Sanders, meticulously stayed true to Wexler’s aesthetic philosophies.
